On December 5th and 6th, Mr Henry Han, Managing Director of Hann-Ocean Technology, visited Guangzhou to deepen marine technology cooperation with the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and South China University of Technology.

On December 5th, Mr Han toured two groundbreaking marine platforms: the "Penghu No. 1" wave-power aquaculture platform and the "Gesheng No. 1" floating aquaculture platform. These innovative platforms exemplify China's achievements in marine technology and sustainable development.

The following day, Mr Han was invited to deliver a keynote speech at a special academic exchange session at the School of Marine Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus, where he shared his extensive experience in wave energy research and sea trials over the past 15 years. On the same day, he also had an in-depth discussion with the research team of Guangzhou Energy Research Institute on the application of wave energy technology in offshore aquaculture platforms. Both parties expressed a strong interest in promoting the global application of innovative aquaculture technologies at sea and believed that  collaboration can accelerate the innovation and application of marine technology.

Through this series of visits and discussions, Hann-Ocean Technology demonstrated its professional expertise in wave energy and floating technology while actively participating in global academic exchanges and technical collaborations.
