9th – 11th September, 2013 – As part of the promotional effort on the ocean wave energy development, Hann-Ocean participated in the Technology Showcase of the Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit held in Honolulu Hawaii. During the showcase, Hann-Ocean displayed the milestones in the wave energy converter Drakoo development. A video clip of the launching of the Drakoo-B0016 into the Tuas View Sea conducted on August 19th 2013 was revealed. The founder and inventor, Mr Henry L Han,  presented the technical achievements including the measurement data collected from NTU’s lab, Narec’s wave flume and Singapore sea trials.
