Hann-Ocean Technology has developed an innovative pontoon connector design named the 6 DOF Rigid Pontoon Connector (6DOF-RPC) or simply, RPC. The RPC is developed from the integration of two design patents associated with Hann-Ocean Technology. Hann-Ocean Technology is also developing offshore renewable energy convertors including wave and tidal current devices with one design patent registered. They are:

System for Connecting Buoyant Marine Bodies
(Patent No.: SG 109504, US 7,063,036) or Fender Connector was developed by Mr. Han sponsored by Defense Science & Technology Agency (DSTA), Singapore. Hann-Ocean Technology has now been granted an exclusive Patent License by DSTA to develop and commercialize the patented technology globally.
Fender Connector Animation
DRAKOO Wave Engergy Convertor
(Patent No.PCT/SG2008/000320) has been developed by Hann-Ocean Technology to extract seawater wave energy for electrical engergy conversion or wave attenuation on floating platform.

Frictional Locking Connector
(Patent No.PCT/SG2006/000008, MY PI 20070084, THAI 0701000220) has been developed by Hann-Ocean Technology to further enhance the performance of the Fender Connector so as to provide complete secured connection between pontoons.
